Version 1.0 · November 6, 2026
Affiliate program terms.
The short version: post your link, earn $10 for every completed job it brings in, request your payout from $50, say only what the website says, and never pose as us. Here's the whole thing in plain English. Signing in to the program means you agree to it.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older. One account per person or business, under your real name (or your page's or business's real name), with a working email. We can decline or close any account at our discretion, and we don't have to say why.
2. How it works
Sign in on carbatteryokc.com/affiliates/ with your email, make your links, and post them wherever you like. When someone opens one of your links, their browser gets a 30 days credit window. A battery replacement booked inside that window and then completed earns you $10.
3. What earns $10
A completed and paid battery replacement booked within 30 days of a click on your link. If a customer clicked more than one affiliate's link, the last link clicked before booking gets the credit. One payout per job, ever — a repeat customer earns again only if they come back through your link.
The amount is $10 per job regardless of what the job costs. The battery, the fuel charge, the handling fee and any other charge are never part of a payout.
4. What earns nothing
Cancelled jobs. No-shows. Jobs that are refunded or disputed. Warranty visits. Jobs we couldn't complete. Bookings made by you, anyone in your household, anyone who works for or with you, or anyone you paid or rewarded to book. Any booking our system didn't tie to your link.
5. Our records decide
Credit comes from our own tracking. If a browser blocked the credit window, or the customer booked from a different device, there is no credit — we may add it by hand at our discretion, but we don't have to. Our records of clicks, bookings, completed jobs and payouts are final.
6. Getting paid
Your balance is shown in your account. Once it reaches $50 you can request a payout, and we send it to the PayPal email on your account, usually within 7 days, and email you when it's sent. Balances under $50 wait until they reach it; there is no time limit.
A refund or chargeback on a job after we've paid you for it comes off your next balance. Keep your PayPal email current: if a payment can't be delivered we hold it until you fix the email, then send it again. Any fee PayPal charges on your side is between you and PayPal. Payouts are in US dollars.
7. What you may say
Only what's on carbatteryokc.com: the published service fees, that the battery is priced separately at the store's price, that we work on gas, diesel and hybrid vehicles (the 12-volt battery on a hybrid) and not fully electric ones, the 90-day labor warranty, and the service area.
Never “free”, never “24/7”, never “no fuel charge”. No discounts, coupons or promo codes. No battery prices. No arrival promises beyond what the site says. Nothing about vans, shops, staff, ratings or awards.
8. What you may build
Your own websites, landing pages, videos, social posts, flyers, comparison pages — anything about car battery replacement, with your link on it, in your own name. You don't need our approval. The only limit is item 7.
9. What you may not do
Pose as Car Battery OKC or let people think your page is ours. Use our name or logo in a domain name, username, page name or ad headline as if you were us. Run paid search or social ads on “Car Battery OKC”, our phone number or close misspellings of them. Send unsolicited email or text messages. Pay or reward people to click or book. Hide links in redirects, pop-unders, invisible frames or anything that loads without a click. Write or buy fake reviews or testimonials. Place links on adult, hateful or illegal sites. Break the rules of any site you post on.
10. Our name and logo
You can write “Car Battery OKC” in plain text when sending people to us. Any logo files we provide are yours to use under a limited, revocable permission: unaltered, only to promote this program. That permission ends when your account does.
11. You're independent
You're not an employee, agent or representative of Car Battery OKC. You can't quote prices, promise arrival times, offer discounts, take payments, or commit us to anything. Your costs are your own.
12. Customer privacy
You never see a customer's name, phone number, address or vehicle — only counts and amounts. Don't try to identify customers through other means, and don't collect customer information on our behalf.
13. Your account and links
Keep your sign-in email secure: anyone who can open it can open your account. You're responsible for everything posted under your links. We can switch off a link or an account at any time.
14. Breaking the rules
If we find a violation of these terms, we can withhold or reverse the earnings tied to it, switch off your links and close your account.
15. Ending it
You can close your account at any time from inside it. We pay any legitimately earned balance, whatever the amount, without a request — to your PayPal email, usually within 7 days. We can end your account, or the whole program, at any time; your links stop counting after that, and any legitimately earned balance is paid the same way.
16. Changes
We can change these terms, the amount or the payout minimum. Changes are posted here with a new version and date and apply to clicks after that date. We email you when the amount changes. Keeping your links up after a change means you accept it.
17. No guarantees
We don't promise any level of earnings, that the site or its tracking will always be available, or any tracking beyond our own records. Our total responsibility to you under this program is your unpaid earned balance.
18. Oklahoma law
These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, and any dispute goes to the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Questions go to carbatteryokc@gmail.com.
