90-day labor warranty
Our warranty.
Every battery we install comes with 90 days of installation labor coverage, and the battery carries its maker's warranty through the store. Something not right? Here's how a claim works, in plain English.
How the $99 works
One visit. Fair either way.
A warranty claim books a $99 visit — a technician comes out to your car, finds out what's wrong, and the $99 comes back if it's on us. The handling fee isn't refunded.
- 01
We take a look
Our tech checks the battery and the installation, right where the car is.
- 02
Our install? It's on us
If our installation caused it, your whole $99 goes back to your card.
- 03
Something else?
If it's partly or not our work — an alternator, a drain, lights left on — part or none of it comes back, and we tell you why.
- 04
Battery failed?
If the battery itself died and the store replaces it under its warranty, your $99 covers the swap — you just pay the fuel charge for the parts-store run (plus the handling fee on it), on your saved card.
What's covered
Our installation labor, for 90 days from the day of the job: the battery we put in, the terminals and the hold-down we fitted, and every connection we made.
The battery itself carries its manufacturer's warranty through the store it came from — we'll help you with that claim, too.
What isn't
Problems that aren't the battery or our installation: the alternator or other electrical problems, a drain that keeps pulling the battery down, lights or accessories left on, accidents or damage, or someone else working on the battery since.
When we come out
Monday through Saturday, starting between 9 AM and 3 PM — you pick an open time when you file. No Sundays — the big parts warehouses are closed on Sundays, and if a new part is needed we want to be able to get it.
How to file
1. Open My bookings and sign in with the email you booked with — we email you a link, no password.
