   • Our install? It's on us If our installation caused it, your whole $99 goes back to your card.
   • Something else? If it's partly or not our work — an alternator, a drain, lights left on — part or none of it comes back, and we tell you why.
   • Battery failed? If the battery itself died and the store replaces it under its warranty, your $99 covers the swap — you just pay the fuel charge for the parts-store run (plus the handling fee on it), on your saved card.
